Wizards learn how to harness their magical might by manipulating verbal incantations, complex physical gestures and by combining intricate and obscure physical gestures and by combining intricate and obscure ingredients. They spend countless hours studying dusty tomes and researching formulas with countless more committing their knowledge to memory. Only after many years spent in tuition and study can one hope to master even the simplest of cantrips. To a wizard, magic is not a natural talent granted by one’s birthright it is a science that can controlled by anyone with the patience and intelligence.
